How does Shakespeare present lady Macbeath’s Ambition

Macbeth [aside]

Stars, hide your fires;

Let not light see your black and deep desires

I notice a theme of evil in this quote as it used the words fire and deep. I also think that in a way it is hiding something. He is hiding a part, maybe an imperfect quality, of himself.

When it say deep desires it’s telling them to hide their deep and dark feelings.

Macbeth loves his wife as he spends time writing a letter to her. I also think this as he say that she is his “…dearest partner of greatness”. He also says farewell to her which means that he cares for her.
